Injection Mould Design of Rear View Mirror Frame for Commercial Vehicle

摘要:针对后视镜镜框塑料件结构特点,设计了一套二板式注塑模具,并设计了浇注系统、冷却系统、型腔与型芯、斜顶与推出机构等。使用Moldflow软件模拟了镜框零件的注塑过程。结果表明,模具能连贯完成注射、顶出、复位等动作,满足注塑模具的动作要求,且冷却水路、流道系统能满足注塑工艺要求。根据该工艺方案进行生产的制件无缩孔、疏松、熔接痕等缺陷,能顺利脱模,流道容易去除,制件外观光洁,翘曲公差在允许范围内。设计的模具工作状况良好,能较好满足客户的后视镜镜框的生产需求。 
Abstract:Considering the structural characteristics of plastic parts of rear view mirror frame, a set of two-plate plastic injection mould was designed. The runner system, cooling system, cavity and core, angle eject structure and push out structure were designed. The injection moulding process of the mirror frame parts was simulated using Moldflow software. The results show that the mould can accomplish the injection, ejection and reset actions coherently. The cooling system and runner system meet the injection moulding process requirements, and the designed mold meet the action requirements as well. Parts free from defects such as shrinkage, porosity, or weld marks are produced according to the recommend mold structure and process parameters. The mold can be knockout, the runners can be easily removed, the appearance of the parts is smooth and clean, and the warpage error is within the permitted range. The designed mould is in good working condition and can meet the customer's requirements for the production of rear view mirror frames.
