摘要:以棕榈酰氯为酯化剂改性秸秆粉,探究了不同酯化反应条件下秸秆粉取代度的变化,并对改性前后秸秆粉进行了傅里叶变换红外光谱测试及接触角测试,进一步验证了酯化反应的成功。制备了基于聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)和改性前后秸秆粉的复合材料,考察了秸秆粉的不同酯化处理条件对复合材料拉伸、冲击性能的影响,通过对比可得,当反应时间为8 h、酯化剂用量为秸秆粉质量150%、反应温度为100℃、催化剂用量为秸秆粉质量1%、秸秆粉溶液质量分数为25%时,PBAT/改性秸秆粉复合材料的力学性能达到最优,其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和缺口冲击强度较PBAT/未改性秸秆粉复合材料分别提高了26.93%,58.69%和38.46%。利用扫描电子显微镜对复合材料冲击试样断面进行表征,结果表明,相比PBAT/未改性秸秆粉复合材料,PBAT/改性秸秆粉复合材料相分离现象明显减少,进一步证实了酯化改性增强了秸秆粉与PBAT的界面相容性。 
Abstract:Using palmityl chloride as esterifying agent to modify straw powder, the changes of degree of substitution of straw powder under different esterifying conditions were investigated, and the straw powder were also measured by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and contact angle meter, so the successful esterification reaction was further verified. Then the composites based on poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT) and straw powder before and after modification were prepared, and the effects of different esterifying conditions of straw powder on the tensile and impact properties of the composites were investigated. By comparison, it's possible acquired that when the reaction time is 8 h and the amount of esterifying agent is 150% of straw powder mass, the reaction temperature is 100℃, the amount of catalyst is 1% of straw powder mass, and the mass fraction of straw powder solution is 25%, and the mechanical properties of the PBAT/modified straw powder composite are the best, the tensile strength, elongation at break and notched impact strength are increased by 26.93%, 58.69% and 38.46% respectively compared with those of PBAT/unmodified straw powder composite. The fracture surfaces of impact samples of composites were also tested by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the phase separation phenomenon of the composite with modified straw powder is obviously reduced compared with that of the composite with unmodified straw powder, it is further confirmed that the interfacial compatibility between the straw powder and PBAT is enhanced by esterification modification.
