双酸型吡啶离子液体的制备及催化降解瓶级聚酯的应用

摘要:以直接合成法制备了五种吡啶类双酸型离子液体催化剂N-3-磺酸基-丙基吡啶氯代金属酸盐,并对其化学结构进行了表征与分析。以矿泉水瓶为反应底物,研究了五种双酸型离子液体催化剂催化瓶级聚酯醇解的能力,并对降解产物对苯二甲酸双(2-羟乙基)酯(BHET)进行了化学结构分析。同时,研究了五种双酸型离子液体用于催化降解产物再聚合的能力。结果表明,制得了具有目标结构的五种双酸型离子液体催化剂,其中N-3-磺酸基-丙基吡啶氯代铁酸盐(PyPSCl-FeCl3)的催化醇解性能最优,在反应温度为210℃、反应时间为8 h的条件下降解矿泉水瓶,瓶级聚酯醇解率为92.8%,BHET收率可达90.33%。在聚合反应中,催化剂PyPSCl-FeCl3的催化性能最优,在温度为270℃、预缩聚0.5 h及温度285℃、终缩聚2 h的工艺条件下,其聚合产物黏均分子量可达12538。这说明制备的双酸型离子液体催化剂对聚酯的降解和再聚合都表现出优良的催化性能,有利于废旧瓶级聚酯的再利用。 
Abstract:Five diacid comprising ionic liquid catalysts N-3-sulfonic acid group-propyl pyridine chloride metal salts were prepared by direct synthetic method, and their chemical structures were characterized and analyzed. The ability of the five diacid comprising ionic liquid catalysts to catalyze the alcoholysis of bottle grade polyester was studied with the mineral water bottle as reaction substrate, and the chemical structure of degradation product bis(2-hydroxyethyl) terephthalate (BHET) was analyzed. Then, the ability of the five diacid comprising ionic liquid catalysts to catalyze the repolymerization of BHET was studied. The results show that the five diacid comprising ionic liquid catalysts are a target product, wherein the catalytic alcoholysis performance of N-3-sulfonic acid group-propyl pyridine chloride iron salt (PyPSCl-FeCl3) is optimal, the alcoholysis rate of the bottle grade polyester is 92.8% and the BHET yield can reach 90.33% when the mineral water bottle is degraded at 210℃ for 8 h. In the polymerization reaction, the catalytic performance of catalyst PyPSCl-FeCl3 is the best. Under the process conditions of pre-polycondensation at 270℃ for 0.5 h, final polycondensation at 285℃ for 2 h, the viscosity average molecular weight of the polymerization product can reach 12538. This shows that the diacid comprising ionic liquid catalyst shows excellent catalytic performance for the degradation and repolymerization of polyester, which is beneficial to the reuse of waste bottle grade polyester.
