摘要:使用γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)对二氧化硅进行修饰,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱及热重分析证实了KH-570在二氧化硅表面的化学接枝。将使用KH-570修饰的二氧化硅应用在辐照交联聚己内酯(PCL)的增强中,采用共混挤出后注塑的流程制得PCL板材。通过对板材取样进行凝胶含量的测定,确定接枝了KH-570的二氧化硅能够发挥与常用交联助剂三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)类似的构建交联结构的作用。进一步研究发现,使用KH-570接枝的二氧化硅替代部分滑石粉作为PCL的增强组分,能够使材料的交联密度提升最多27.5% ,并且能够使PCL的弯曲强度及弯曲弹性模量分别最大提升12.1%与12.4% ,回复后变形残留率则由未加二氧化硅的9%最多降低至7%(5次拉伸后)。以上性能提升对于在骨外科固定、外科辅助定型等医用领域应用的PCL制品作用效果改善有重要帮助。 
Abstract:Silica modified by using 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate (KH-570) was investigated by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermal gravimetric analyzer for confirming the chemical grafting between silica and KH-570. Silica modified by KH-570 was used in reinforcing polycaprolactone (PCL) crosslinked by irradiation, and several PCL sheets were prepared by melt extrusion and injection molding. By measuring the gel content of samples from several PCL sheets, it is confirmed that silica grafted by KH-570 plays a similar role to trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA), which is a common additive for crosslinking of PCL, in forming crosslinking structure of PCL. Furthermore, using silica grafted by KH-570 to replace part of talc as the reinforcing component of PCL can increase the cross-linking density by 27.5% at most, and increase the flexural strength and modulus by 12.1% and 12.4% at most respectively, decrease the deformation residual rate after recovery from 9% (without silica) to 7% at most (after 5 times of stretching). These improvements in materials performances are beneficial for improving the function effect of the PCL product used in medical fields such as external fixation in orthopedics department and stereotyping assistance in surgery department.
