摘要:针对聚对苯二甲酰戊二胺(PA5T)加工窗口较窄的问题,以戊二胺、对苯二甲酸和癸二酸为主要原料,通过成盐及预聚+固相缩聚法合成了生物基耐热性PA5T和聚对苯二甲酰戊二胺和聚癸二酰戊二胺的共聚物(PA5T/510)。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱确认了PA5T和PA5T/510的结构。在此基础上,通过差示扫描量热法、热重分析和X射线衍射仪对其熔融温度、热稳定性以及结晶性能进行了测试分析,同时对其耐溶剂性进行了表征。结果表明,随着癸二酰戊二胺(510)链段含量的增加,共聚物的结晶温度逐渐降低,结晶能力呈现先变差后变好的趋势,这是聚合物分子链柔性和规整性综合影响所致;510链段的引入对共聚物的热稳定性能无明显影响;与PA5T相比,PA5T/510具有更宽的加工窗口,当510链段物质的量分别达到0.3 ,0.4 ,0.5 ,0.6mol时,共聚物熔融温度较PA5T分别下降了47.41 ,75.23 ,86.05 ,117.84℃。PA5T和PA5T/510均具有良好的耐溶剂性。
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of narrow processing window of poly(p-phthaloyl pentanediamine)(PA5T), the bio-based heat-resistant PA5T and the PA5T/510 copolymer of PA5T and poly(sebacoyl pentanediamine) (PA510) were synthesized through salifying, prepolymerization and solid state polycondensation with pentanediamine, terephthalic acid and sebacic acid as the main raw materials. The structures of PA5T and PA5T/510 were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. On this basis, the melting temperature, thermal stability and crystallization performance of the product were tested and analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetry and X-ray diffraction, and its solvent resistance was also characterized. The results show that with the increase of 510 chain segment content, the crystallization temperature of the copolymer gradually decreases, and the crystallization ability shows a trend of first getting worse and then getting better, which is caused by the comprehensive influence of the flexibility and regularity of the polymer molecular chain. The introduction of 510 chain segment has no significant effect on the thermal stability of the copolymer. Compared with PA5T, PA5T/510 has a wider processing window, when the amount of substance of 510 chain segment reaches 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6 mol, the melting temperature of the copolymer decreases by 47.41, 75.23, 86.05 and 117.84℃, respectively. Both PA5T and PA5T/510 have excellent solvent resistance.
