摘要:基于PAM-RTM软件对复合材料电池箱上盖板的树脂传递模塑成型(RTM)工艺和压缩树脂传递模塑成型(CRTM)工艺进行了仿真模拟。分析了不同注胶方案以及树脂黏度、模具压缩速度对CRTM工艺充模时间的影响规律,对比研究了CRTM与RTM工艺在恒压注胶和恒流量注胶条件下的填充时间变化及压力分布特点;同时,对两种工艺在成型不同目标纤维含量制品时填充时间的变化进行了研究。结果表明,CRTM充模时间随树脂黏度升高而线性增大,随压缩速度增大而减小。在恒压注胶条件下,注胶压力越低,CRTM缩短填充时间的效果越明显;在恒流量注胶条件下,两种工艺的充模时间差距相对较小,但RTM在整个填充过程中的压力值显著高于CRTM。在成型不同目标纤维含量的制品时,CRTM总的填充时间变化不大,RTM的填充时间则会随目标纤维含量的提高而显著增加。 
Abstract:Based on PAM-RTM software, the resin transfer molding (RTM) process and the compression resin transfer molding (CRTM) process of the upper cover plate of the composite battery box were simulated. The effects of different injection schemes, resin viscosity and mould compression speed on mold filling time of CRTM process were analyzed, and the filling time change and pressure distribution characteristics of CRTM and RTM under constant pressure and constant flow injection conditions were compared. In addition, the changes of filling time of the products with different target fiber content formed by the two processes were studied. The results show that the filling time of CRTM increases linearly with the increase of resin viscosity, and decreases with the increase of compression speed. Under the condition of constant pressure injection, the lower the injection pressure is, the more significant the effect of CRTM is in shortening the filling time. Under the condition of constant flow injection, the mold filling time difference between the two processes is relatively small, but the pressure value of RTM process in the whole filling process is significantly higher than CRTM. When molding products with different target fiber content, the total filling time of CRTM process changes little, while the filling time of RTM process increases significantly with the increase of target fiber content.
