摘要:运用Moldex3D软件,针对电缆接头外套的外观特点建立了三维模型,对模型进行了网格的建立和修复,并设计了流道和冷却水路;在此基础上设置了电缆接头外套的注塑工艺参数,并对其充填过程、凹痕位移、平坦度、体积收缩率和翘曲变形进行了模流分析。根据分析结果得到的相关数据,以熔体温度、模具温度和充填时间作为三个因素,每个因素各取三个水平,设计了三因素三水平的正交试验,并以体积收缩率和翘曲总位移作为正交试验的判断标准,对两者进行极差分析,得出最优注塑工艺参数。结果表明,当熔体温度为190℃、模具温度为60℃、充填时间为1.2s时,电缆接头外套的外观质量最好,与正交试验前的初始结果相比,体积收缩率降低了12.9% ,翘曲总位移降低了13.8%。
Abstract:Moldex3D software was used to establish 3D model according to the appearance characteristics of the cable joint coat, and the mesh of the model was established and repaired, then the flow channel and cooling water way were designed. On this basis, the injection molding process parameters of the cable joint coat were set, and the filling process, dent displacement, flatness, volume shrinkage and warping deformation of the cable joint coat were analyzed by mode flow analysis. According to the data analysis results, the melt temperature, mould temperature and filling time were took as three factors (each factor in three levels), and the orthogonal test with three factors and three levels was designed. Taking the volume shrinkage ratio and warpage total displacement as criterion of the orthogonal test, range analysis was carried out for the two criteria, then the optimal injection molding process parameters were got. The results indicate that the appearance quality of the cable joint coat is the best when the melt temperature is 190℃, the mould temperature is 60℃ and the filling time is 1.2 s. Compared with the initial results before the orthogonal test, the volume shrinkage decreases by 12.9%, and the warpage total displacement decreases by 13.8%.
