生物基聚乙烯在化妆品包材中的应用

摘要:为进一步将化妆品包材绿色化,以减少碳排放,对生物基低密度聚乙烯(Bio-PE)代替石油基低密度聚乙烯(石油基PE)在化妆品包材中的应用进行了相关试验。首先验证了Bio-PE的生物来源并对比了Bio-PE和石油基PE物性参数,结果显示,Bio-PE和石油基PE物性参数相当,因此,适用于石油基PE加工的工艺参数同样适用于Bio-PE。进一步,采用吹灌封一体的三合一无菌灌装设备将Bio-PE及石油基PE加工成化妆品次抛包材,对比了这两种次抛包材的性能,包括水蒸气透过率、氧气透过率及在三种不同模拟环境下的总迁移量,结果显示,Bio-PE次抛包材和石油基PE次抛包材阻隔性及在三种不同模拟环境下的总迁移量总体上相当。继而根据医疗器械相关生物学评价方法对Bio-PE进行了皮肤刺激性和皮肤致敏性测试,结果显示Bio-PE不会引起皮肤刺激及致敏反应。最后,考察了Bio-PE次抛包材与化妆品内料的兼容性,证明了Bio-PE不会影响化妆品内料的外观、pH及黏度,且浸泡过Bio-PE的精华液细胞相对增值率较石油基PE不会增加。因此,Bio-PE可以代替石油基PE在化妆品包材中进行应用。 
Abstract:In order to further use green cosmetic packaging materials and reduce carbon emissions, relevant tests were carried out for the application of bio-based low-density polyethylene (Bio-PE) instead of petroleum-based low-density polyethylene (petroleum-based PE) in cosmetic packaging materials. Firstly, the biological origin of Bio-PE was verified and the physical property parameters of Bio-PE and petroleum-based PE were compared. The results show that the physical property parameters of Bio-PE and petroleum-based PE are similar. Therefore, the process parameters suitable for petroleum-based PE processing are also suitable for Bio-PE. Furthermore, Bio-PE and petroleum-based PE were processed into disposable cosmetic packaging materials by three-in-one aseptic filling equipment integrating blowing, filling and sealing. The performances of the two disposable cosmetic packaging materials were compared, including water vapor transmittance, oxygen transmittance and total migration under three different simulated environments. The results indicate that Bio-PE and petroleum-based PE disposable cosmetic packaging materials have similar barrier properties and total migration under three different simulated environments on the whole. Then, according to the biological evaluation method of medical devices, Bio-PE was tested for skin irritation and skin sensitization. The results show that Bio-PE don' t cause skin irritation and sensitization. Finally, the compatibility of Bio-PE disposable cosmetic packaging materials and cosmetic interior material was investigated, it is proved that Bio-PE can not affect the appearance, pH and viscosity of cosmetic interior material, and the relative productivity of cells of the essence soaked in Bio-PE can not increase compared with that of petroleum-based PE. Therefore, Bio-PE can be used in cosmetic packaging materials instead of petroleum-based PE.
