摘要:碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)中的脆性玻璃态环氧树脂会将碳纤维紧密包裹,导致机械回收法获得的粉末或短纤维利用价值较低。针对这一难题 ,通过树脂溶胀原理将 CFRP 中的玻璃态环氧树脂转变为高弹态环氧树脂,显著改善了 CFRP 的力学解离性能 。结果表明 ,CFRP 中的环氧树脂可以在 120~160 ℃ 的 N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC) 中快速溶胀 ,对应溶胀率为 51.57%~59.71%。 因溶胀作用环氧树脂基体过度膨胀和碎裂,导致 CFRP 解离为易于机械裁切的碳纤维薄层。碳纤维薄层通过裁切、烘干、热压成型工艺被重新制备成力学性能优异的 CFRP。新制备的 CFRP 弯曲强度可达到原始 CFRP 板的 76.38%~90.98%。同时 DMAC 化学性质稳定,可循环回收利用。
Abstract:In the carbon fiber reinforced polymer composites (CFRP), carbon fibers is tightly encapsulated by brittle epoxy resin of glassy state. Thus, the mechanical recycling products of CFRP are powders or short fibers with low utilization value. In response to the problem, epoxy resin of glass state contained in the CFRP was transformed into highly elastic state by the principle of resin swelling and the mechanical dissociation performance of CFRP had been significantly improved. The experimental results show that the epoxy resin contained in the CFRP can be rapidly swelled in N, N-dimethylacetamide (DMAC) at 120-160 ℃ and the corresponding swelling rates are about 51.57%-59.71%. Excessive expansion and fragmentation of the epoxy resin matrix caused the CFRP was dissociated into thin carbon fibers layers which can be easily cutted by machine. The thin carbon fiber layers can be repre‐ pared into CFRP with excellent mechanical properties through cutting, drying, and hot pressing process. The flexural strength of the newly prepared CFRP board are about 76.38%90.98% of the original CFRP board. Meanwhile, DMAC has stable chemical propertie and can be recycled.
