摘要:为使静电纺丝法成型的聚己内酯(PCL)/布洛芬(IBU) 载药纤维膜具有较好的力学及控释性能,采用静电纺丝法制备了 PCL/IBU 载药纤维膜,研究了工艺参数对纤维直径的影响。以最小直径为目标,进行正交实验,得到了优化的工艺参数;对纤维膜的力学性能和药物释放性能进行了测试 ,验证了载药纤维膜对药物的控释性能。研究表明,在所研究的参数范围内,PCL/IBU 载药纤维的最小平均直径为 8.53 μm,拉伸强度为 2.07 MPa,屈服强度为 1.13 MPa,在 1000 h 内实现了对 IBU 的控制释放,且累积释药量与释药时间趋向于线性。
Abstract:In order to make the polycaprolactone (PCL)/ibuprofen (IBU) drug-loaded fiber film formed by electrospinning have better mechanical properties and release control properties, PCL/IBU drug-loaded fiber membrane was prepared by the electrospinning method, and the influences of technological parameters on fiber diameter were studied. Taking the minimum diameter as the target, the orthogonal experiments were carried out, and the optimized process parameters were obtained. The mechanical properties and drug release properties of the drug-loaded fiber film were tested, and the drug-controlled release properties of the drugloaded fiber film were verified. The results show that the minimum mean diameter of PCL/IBU loaded fiber is 8.53 μm, the tensile strength is 2.07 MPa, and the yield strength is 1.13 MPa. The controlled release of ibuprofen is achieved within 1 000 h, and the cumulative release amount and release time tends to be linear.
