摘要:为提升连续玻璃纤维(CGF)增强聚醚醚酮(PEEK)复合材料增材制造样件综合力学性能,优化增材制造基础工艺参数,基于正交试验与单因素试验设计,通过力学性能测试,探究了喷头温度、平台温度、打印速度、层厚等工艺参数对综合样件力学性能的影响,获得 PEEK/CGF 增材制造成型工艺优化参数,进一步探究了重点工艺参数对 PEEK/CGF 样件力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,层厚与喷头温度对样件的综合力学性能具有显著影响,最优工艺参数组合为喷头温度 440 ℃ ,平台温度 160 ℃,打印速度 2 mm/s,层厚 0.35 mm。随喷头温度的增加,样件的综合力学性能先增大后减小,在 440 ℃达到最大值;随层厚的减小,样件的力学性能逐渐增大,层厚为 0.35 mm 时样件的力学性能达到最大值。经试验验证,在最优工艺参数组合下样件综合力学性能达到最优,样件弯曲强度为 351.59 MPa,层间剪切强度为 34.96 MPa,拉伸强度为 383.75 MPa。 
Abstract:In order to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of continuous glass fiber (CGF) reinforced polyetheretherketone (PEEK) composites by additive manufacturing and optimize the basic process parameters, on the basic of orthogonal experimental design and single factor experiment, the effects of nozzle temperature, bottom platform temperature, printing speed and layer thickness on the comprehensive mechanical properties of PEEK/CGF composites were investigated through mechanical properties test. The optimized process parameters of PEEK/CGF composite additive manufacturing were obtained and the influence of key process parameters on the mechanical properties of PEEK/CGF samples was further explored. The results show that the layer thickness and nozzle temperature have significant impact on the comprehensive mechanical properties of PEEK/CGF samples. The optimum process parameters are gained with nozzle temperature of 440 ℃, bottom platform temperature of 160 ℃, printing speed of 2 mm/s and layer thickness of 0.35 mm. With the increase of nozzle temperature, the mechanical property of PEEK/CGF samples first increase and then decrease, reaching the maximum at 440 ℃. With the decrease of layer thickness, the mechanical property of PEEK/CGF samples increase gradually. When the layer thickness is 0.35 mm, the mechanical property of the sample reaches the maximum value. The comprehensive mechanical property of PEEK/CGF samples are the best under the optimal process parameters. The bending strength is 351.59 MPa, the interlaminar shear strength is 34.96 MPa and the tensile strength is 383.75 MPa.
