摘要:作为一种新颖的水路结构,随形水路在模具工程中的应用日益广泛,然而其设计过程却极为繁琐。针对随形水路传统设计方法存在的复杂耗时且易出错的问题,结合地貌学中等高线的形成原理,提出了一种随形水路自动生成方法。该方法通过偏置模具成型面与等距的分层面相交从而形成各层的随形水路中心线,连接各层的中心线,并对整个曲线链进行光顺处理得到轨迹线,最终沿轨迹线扫描形成冷却管道。以 NX 为平台,开发了随形水路自动设计系统 ,实现了本文提出的全部算法。实例验证表明,该方法大幅度缩短了随形水路的设计时间 ,提高了设计质量,具有较高的实际应用价值。
Abstract:As a novel cooling channel structure, conformal cooling channel has been widely used in mould engineering, but its design process is extremely complicated. Aiming at the complex, time-consuming and error prone problems in the traditional design method of conformal cooling channels, combined with the formation principle of contour line in geomorphology, an automatic generation method of conformal cooling channels is proposed. In this method, the moulding surface of the mould is offset and inter‐ sected with the equidistant layered surface to form the centerline of the conformal cooling channels of each layer, connect the center‐ line of each layer, smooth the entire curve chain to obtain the trajectory, and finally scan along the trajectory to form a cooling pipe. Based on NX platform, an automatic design system of conformal cooling channels is developed to realize all the algorithms proposed in this paper. The example shows that the method greatly shortens the design time of conformal cooling channels, improves the design quality, and has practical application value.
