摘要:为解决家电产品蒸煮一体机主壳塑件特征复杂 、模具结构设计难度大的问题,设计了一副简化型两板模具用于塑件成型。为达到较好的浇注效果,模具中塑件模腔使用 2 个侧浇口从塑件内壁进浇以保证塑件外观的美观性。依据塑件内、外壁特征的具体特点,针对外壁的脱模设计了 1 组哈夫滑块机构、1 个三次顺序抽芯滑块机构、1 个楔紧块斜抽芯机构用于塑件外壁脱模 ;针对内壁的脱模设计了 1 个内缩抽芯机构用于塑件内壁脱模。哈夫滑块机构中集成了型针二级抽芯机构和弯销驱动滑块二级抽芯机构。三次顺序抽芯滑块机构中集成了 6 个斜顶机构、1 个斜抽芯机构、1 个延时限位机构;内缩抽芯机构集成了 1 个油缸驱动模板打开机构 、1 个顶杆驱动内缩抽芯机构、1 个推板机构及其控制机构。 
Abstract:In order to solve the problems of complex characteristics and difficult mold structure design of the main shell plastic parts of the household appliance product cooking machine, a simplified two-plate mold was designed for plastic parts forming. In order to achieve better pouring effect, the plastic cavity in the mold was used two side gates to pour from the inner wall of the plastic part to ensure the appearance of the plastic part. According to the specific characteristics of the inner and outer wall of the plastic part, a set of half slider mechanism, a three times core-pulling slider mechanism and one wedge-tightening block oblique corepulling mechanism were designed for the demoulding of the outer wall of the plastic part. An internal shrinkage core-pulling mechanism was designed for the demoulding of the inner wall of the plastic part. The two-stage core-pulling mechanism of the needle and the two-stage core-pulling mechanism of the bending pin drive slider are integrated in the Hough slider mechanism. The three times sequential core-pulling slider mechanism integrated six lifter mechanisms, one angle core-pulling mechanism and one delayed limit mechanism. The inner contraction core pulling mechanism integrated one hydraulic cylinder driving mould-plate opening mechanism, one ejector rod driving inner contraction core pulling mechanism, one ejector plate mechanism and its control mechanism.
