Effect of FEP Content on Performances of PTFE/SiO Composite Films

摘要:将不同添加量的聚全氟异丙烯(FEP)加入到聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)中,用涂覆结合高温烧结工艺制备PTFE/二氧化硅(SiO2)复合薄膜,研究不同添加量的FEP 对PTFE/SiO2复合薄膜的微观形貌、密度、介电性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随FEP添加量的提高,PTFE/SiO2复合薄膜的密度、介电常数和拉伸强度呈现先升高后下降的趋势,介电损耗因子呈现先下降后升高的趋势,断裂伸长率呈现逐渐下降的趋势。当PTFE:FEP的质量比为90∶10 时,PTFE/SiO2复合薄膜的微观缺陷最少,具有最高的密度、介电常数和拉伸强度,以及最低的介电损耗因子,其密度为2.084 g/cm3,厚度为53.4 μm,介电常数为2.391 6,介电损耗因子为0.001 64,拉伸强度为9.85 MPa,断裂伸长率为18.42%。
Abstract:Tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer (FEP) with different addition was added into polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), PTFE/silicon dioxide (SiO2) composite films were prepared by slurry casting and high temperature sintering, the effects of different addition of FEP on the morphology, density, dielectric properties and mechanical properties of the PTFE/SiO2 composite films were investigated. The results show that when the FEP addition increases, the density, dielectric constant and tensile strength of the films first increases and then decreases, the dielectric dissipation factor first decreases and then increases, and the elongation at break gradually decreases. When the mass ratio of PTFE and FEP is 90∶10, the PTFE/SiO2 composite films has the least microscopic defects, the bigger density, the higher dielectric constant and tensile strength, and the smaller dielectric dissipation factor, the density is 2.084 g/cm3, the thickness is 53.4 μm, the dielectric constant is 2.391 6, the dielectric dissipation factor is 0.001 64, the tensile strength is 9.85 MPa, the elongation at break is 18.42%.
