摘要:为了获得高刚高韧的聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)合金,通过熔融共混法制备了滑石粉填充 PC/ABS 合金,发现滑石粉的引入能够有效提高合金的弯曲弹性模量,但是会使缺口冲击韧性明显恶化。为了平衡 PC/ABS 合金的刚性和韧性,引入了一种酸性润滑剂 ,研究了酸性润滑剂用量对合金材料性能的影响。结果表明,当酸性润滑剂用量为 1 份时 ,15 份滑石粉填充的 PC/ABS 合金的常温缺口冲击强度为 48 kJ/m2,弯曲弹性模量为 3 900 MPa,并且注塑后的样板外观缺陷 (如银丝等)也能得到显著改善。 差示扫描量热法和扫描电子显微镜测试结果表明酸性润滑剂可以帮助滑石粉更好地分散,减弱滑石粉对基体树脂 PC 的降解程度,从而获得综合力学性能优秀的 PC/ABS 合金材料。
Abstract:In order to obtain polycarbonate (PC)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene plastic (ABS) alloys with high stiffness and toughness, talc powder filled PC/ABS alloys were prepared by melting blend. It is found that the talc can effectively enhance the flexural modulus of the alloys, but deteriorate the notched impact toughness. And an acid lubricant was used in the PC/ABS alloys to balance the stiffness and toughness, effects of the acid lubricant on properties of the PC/ABS alloys were studied. The results show that, when the content of acid lubricant is 1 phr, the notched impact strength of the alloy with 15 phr talc can reach 48 kJ/m2 at room temperature, while the flexural modulus is retained at 3 900 MPa. Additionally, after injection molding, appearance defects of the sample plate, such as silver marks, are alleviated to great extent. The test results of differential scanning calorimetry and scanning electron microscope show that the acid lubricant can help talc disperse well in PC/ABS, and weaken the degradation of matrix resin PC induced by talc, then the PC/ABS alloy with good comprehensive mechanical properties is finally obtained.
