摘要:结合智能扫地机手柄侧盖塑件使用聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料合金注塑需要 ,设计了一副两板两次开模的注塑模具用于塑件的成型。 模具中模腔浇注使用牛角浇口能保证塑件外观无浇注痕迹,且能实现流道废料与塑件的自动分离。模具采用两次顶出,其中的一次顶出用于增加一次模板分离打开,从而驱动收缩滑块和斜滑块抽芯,另一次顶出用于驱动型芯镶件与塑件分离 ,有效地简化了模具结构,降低了模具制造成本。创新设计了一种二次顶出控制机构,通过调节限位管上的卡位活动块移位动作来实现两次顶出板之间的分离和组合,机构简单实用,动作可靠。该类设计为同类型塑件的模具整体结构布置 、浇注方式选用、塑件脱模方式选择、二次顶出控制机构设计等方面提供了可靠的借鉴。
Abstract:According to the need of using polycarbonate/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene plastic alloy for injection molding of the plastic part of handle side cover of intelligent sweeper, a set of injection mould with two-plates and two mould-opening was designed for the molding of the plastic part. A horn gate for mould cavity gating in the mould was used, which could ensure that the appearance of the plastic part had no gating trace and realize the automatic separation of the runner waste and the plastic part. Two ejection mechanisms in the mould were used, one of which was used to add a mould plate separation opening for driving the contraction slider and the angled slider to pull the core, and the other was used to drive the core insert to separate from the plastic part, which effectively simplified the mould structure and reduced the mould manufacturing cost. A twice ejection control mechanism was innovatively designed to realize the separation and combination between the two ejection plates by adjusting the displacement action of the detent movable block on the limit tube. The mechanism is simple, practical and reliable. This kind of design can provide a reliable reference for the overall structure layout of mould, the selection of gating method, the demoulding mode of plastic parts, and the design of twice ejection control mechanism in the similar plastic parts.
