摘要:针对在双色注塑条件下具有内部螺纹结构塑件的脱模问题,以某款揭盖式洗发水瓶盖为例,设计了一种带有自动脱螺纹结构的双色注塑模具。通过对产品结构分析 ,确定了分体式双色注塑模具结构设计方案,用于成型塑件的主体内壳螺纹部分和外盖平板部分。 该双色模具结构的两个定模均采用针点式浇口,实现了塑件与浇注系统凝料的自动拉断,同时也利于充模顺畅 ,保证了塑件质量。采用液压马达驱动螺纹型芯传动的自动脱螺纹机构,解决了塑件壳状主体内部的内螺纹脱出问题。 其中作为关键部件的螺纹型芯头部及尾部均设计成螺纹结构,并在其内部加工出通孔,头部呈倒锥结构的顶杆与螺纹型芯内孔相配合 ,在脱螺纹动作完成之后顶针将最终把塑件顶出。 特殊设计的型芯底座结构 ,使得脱螺纹运动更加稳定和准确。 为实现双色注塑模具温度调节要求,分别在该双色模具的定模和动模里面设计有阶梯式冷却管道,可保证塑件的冷却要求 。 实践证明,该双色模具结构稳定可靠,塑件质量满足设计要求。
Abstract:In response to the demoulding problem of plastic parts with internal thread structures under the condition of dual color injection molding, a dual color injection mould with automatic thread demoulding structure was designed using a certain uncovered shampoo bottle cap as an example. By analyzing the product structure, a split type dual color injection mould structure scheme was determined, which was used for forming the threaded part of the main inner shell and the flat part of the outer cover of the plastic parts. Needle point gates were both used in the two fixed moulds of this dual color mould structure, realizing the automatic breaking of the plastic parts and the condensate in pouring system, while also facilitating smooth mould filling and ensuring the quality of the plastic parts. The automatic thread removal mechanism with a hydraulic motor driving threaded core transmission was used for solving the problem of internal thread removal inside the shell shaped main body of the plastic parts. The head and tail of the threaded core as key components were designed as threaded structures, and through holes were machined inside. The ejector pin with an inverted cone structure was matched with the inner hole of the threaded core, and after the thread removal action was completed, the ejector needle ultimately pushed out the plastic part. The specially designed core base structure made the thread removal movement more stable and accurate. To meet the temperature regulation requirements of the dual color mould, stepped cooling pipes were designed in the fixed and moving moulds of the dual color mould respectively, which could ensure the cooling requirements of the plastic parts. Practice proves that the dual color mould structure is stable and reliable, and the quality of the plastic parts meets the design requirements.
